Michele Penta

Michele resides in Wakefield MA with her husband and two children.  Having a lifelong interest in health and fitness, she obtained her Group Exercise Certification in 2006 and after teaching a variety of classes in several different gyms and studio’s, she realized she was craving a deeper understanding of physiology, anatomy and kinesiology.  In 2010, she took her profession to the next level and went on to obtain the ACSM Personal Training Certification.

Since then, she has worked in and with a variety of local fitness centers, ranging from small boutique style gyms, co-ed facilities, a martial arts academy and now her own private studio.   In addition to personal training she has also held positions as a Group Exercise Director and Fitness Consultant, as well as her most recent position on the management team of an all-women’s gym.
